Jason Gilbert, CPA, PFS, CFF

Mr. Gilbert has been managing money for high net worth individuals since 2006, both as a fee-only advisor and fund manager. Prior to a career in wealth management, Mr. Gilbert held M&A roles at both General Atlantic LLC (GA), a leading global private equity firm providing capital for growth companies driven by information technology or intellectual property, as well as Berkery, Noyes & Co. (BNC), an independent Wall Street investment bank serving the broadly defined knowledge and information marketplace. At GA, Mr. Gilbert was responsible for deal prospecting, transaction structuring, as well as value added portfolio work. At BNC he specialized in serving large and mid-sized information providers in the U.S. and international markets with strategic mergers & acquisitions, corporate and asset divestitures, strategic research, and valuations. Prior to Wall Street, Mr. Gilbert led the due diligence efforts for numerous financial buyers within KPMGs Transaction Services practice, and provided estate planning tax consulting services at the law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll, PC in Washington, DC. Mr. Gilbert is a CPA who holds the PFS designation for his expertise in Personal Finance and a CFF for his accreditation in Financial Forensics. He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Accounting and Finance from the George Washington University School of Business.

Christopher Seay, MBA

Mr. Seay has been advising high net worth individuals on investments since 2000. Prior to a career in wealth management, Mr. Seay’s Wall Street career focused primarily on commercial real estate in which he has developed strong credit and risk analysis skills by working on hundreds of diverse deals. Mr. Seay started his career in real estate finance at GMAC Commercial Mortgage in New York City. He then worked as Vice President in originations for Red Stone Partners, a mezzanine lender and equity investor in the affordable housing industry. He most recently worked as a senior originator for Morgan Stanley in their U.S. Fixed Income Division covering primarily the East Coast. He has held positions in every aspect of the commercial lending market including origination, underwriting/closing, and securitization. He has underwritten and/or originated over $1 billion of loans ranging in size from $1 million to $100 million on all major property types including office, retail, hotels and multifamily across the U.S. Prior to his career on Wall Street Mr. Seay spent 7 years as a engineer for General Motors. Mr. Seay has a B.S. in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology as well an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
